End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal contract between you and the developer ("TINYARTBOX"), regarding of your use of TINYARTBOX products ("Software"). By installing and using the Software, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of this EULA. If you do not agree, please do not install or use the Software.

1. License.
TINYARTBOX grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to use the Software only in accordance with the terms and conditions of this EULA.

2. Copyright.
The Software is owned by TINYARTBOX and protected by copyright law and international copyright treaties.

3. Restrictions on use.
You may not copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to discover the source code or resources.
You may not create derivative works of the Software, including language translation.

4. Disclaimer of warranty.
You acknowledge and agree that the Software is provided on an "AS IS" basis without warranty of any kind.

5. Changes to this EULA.
TINYARTBOX reserves the right to make changes to this EULA at any time without prior notice to you.
